Family Faith Formation

- Welcome to Nativity's new Family Faith Formation!
  
  This is not your typical CCD model program, but an opportunity to grow in relationship with Christ as a family through times of learning and times of prayerful adoration!
  
  Who: All Nativity families with children grades kindergarten through high school who attend public schools are asked to register, but any family of Nativity is more than welcome to join in on this beautiful opportunity!
  
  When: Wednesday Evenings - All families are welcome to participate in:
  
  5:30pm - Faith Formation Family Meeting (1st Wednesday of the Month starting Sept. 6th)
  
  6:00pm - Adoration as a family
  
  - Every Wednesday
  - Please stay as long as you'd like (Benediction will be @8pm)
  - Prayer aids will be available weekly
  - Confessions & Prayer Teams will be available if you so choose until all have received the Sacrament or prayer
  
  *All children from Nativity entering 2nd or 9th & 10th grade are welcome to register for Sacrament Prep (2nd gr. - 1st Reconciliation/1st Communion, 9th & 10th gr. - Confirmation). For families in the public school system or homeschooling, this would be in addition to Family Faith Formation registration thus at least two registrations would need to be completed. Sacrament registrations can be completed on their respective pages of our website: 1st Holy Communion or Confirmation. Registration for 2nd grade Sacrament prep is $50 per child to cover the cost of textbooks & workbooks. Confirmation prep registration is $15 per child for materials (there are no formal textbooks for this program). Please let us know if you are in need of financial assistance.

  Registration for Family Faith Formation is $25 per Nativity Parish family. Registration can be paid by cash at the parish office, or a check payable to: The Church of the Nativity. Any cash/check can be mailed to or dropped off at the parish office to the attention of Serena Freisinger at 1225 Alta Vista St. Dubuque, IA 52001.
